From the A169 Pickering to Whitby Road - On reaching the roundabout turn left on to the A171, then take the first left to Aislaby. Go through the village until you reach the monument, take the road to the left, go out of the village for about 1.5 miles until you reach the large stone reading NEWBIGGIN HALL, turn left. The drive is just less than a mile long, the cottages are the first buildings you come to on the right.

If travelling along the A171 towards Whitby on the Guisborough Road take the first right turning to Aislaby. At the monument turn right (follow the directions as above).
